Reason for demand:
Due to the large quantity of floor MATS goods, if returns or exchanges are required due to the buyer's reasons, the buyer shall bear the logistics costs, warehousing and other expenses of our company. If it has been processed, cut or damaged, it will not be returned or exchanged. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused
Supplier Reason:
If the return is caused by the seller's reasons, the seller shall be responsible for the return and bear the cost.
(1) Quantity objection: If the purchaser finds any quantity objection in the materials within one working day after receiving them (reasonable weight difference shall be raised in writing, and the material packaging shall be kept intact and the weight list shall be faxed)
(2) Quality objection: If the buyer finds any quality problems with the materials within fifteen working days after receiving them, please raise them in writing.
